Information you provide: When you create an account, we collect your email address, username, display name, password (hashed), and optionally a profile picture. When you add links to your page, we store the titles, URLs, thumbnails, and any lock settings. If you use paid links, we collect payment-related information through our payment processor (Stripe).
Information collected automatically: We collect usage data such as page views, link clicks, device type, browser, IP address, and approximate location. We use cookies and similar technologies as described in our Cookie Notice.
Information from third parties: If you sign up with Google or Apple, we receive your email and name from them. We do not receive or store your social media passwords.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where we must retain it for legal, regulatory, or legitimate business purposes (e.g., fraud prevention, tax records). Aggregated or anonymized data may be retained longer.
Your data is stored on secure servers within the European Union. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures: encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, access controls, regular security assessments, and staff training. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We may share data with: (a) Service providers – hosting (e.g., Supabase, Vercel), payment processing (Stripe), email delivery, analytics – under data processing agreements; (b) Legal authorities – when required by law or to protect our rights; (c) Business transfers – in the event of a merger or acquisition. We do not share your data with advertisers for their own marketing.

When visitors view your profile, we may collect limited data (e.g., IP, page views) for analytics and security. If you use features that collect visitor data (e.g., contact forms, subscriptions), you are responsible for complying with applicable privacy laws and having your own privacy notice for those visitors. We act as a data processor for such data; our Data Processing Addendum (if applicable) sets out the terms.
Our service is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe we have collected data from a minor, contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this Privacy Notice from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the platform. The "Last updated" date at the top indicates when this notice was last revised.
